Montgomery’s 50th birthday – the perfect occasion for bringing back a beloved and historic symbol of our school’s pride: the Viking Ship!

Craftsmen who well remember the dragon-keeled beauty that led the Viking charge at hundreds of games and rallies are busily building a re-creation that will appear as the centerpiece to The Big Monty celebration.

After the party, the Viking Ship will be donated to Montgomery. May it inspire Viking pride and strike fear in the hearts of Monty’s rivals for the next 50 years and beyond!
